Astra rode Fred's shoulder as they soldiered on.
Looking through the H-N section provided absolutely no help in growing spells. However, there was one that provided the user with powerful force blasts.

  1. Astra insists on using that spell. Fred is confused. Why?
  2. They search the rest of the books.
  3. Astra grows back on her own.
  4. Fred is attacked by a midget with a club. Astra lands safely on a thick, horizontal, mis-placed book on a lower shelf.
  5. The librarian comes by. Fortunately he is not evil. Or 'Hie'. The librarian has a beard and breasts.
