The Monolith

Scott recognized the monolith from 2001 - with its proportions of 9:4:1. However, someone had altered it. Instead of being a perfect black, it now had stripes of baby blue and white, it was now festooned with little signs of advertisements like a beer mug, a shoe, a wheel - like a Bavarian maypole. Then he looked around, and saw half- life sized statues of lions advertising beer, cars, and meat.

"Oh, my goodness", thought Scott, "I am in Moonich."

"Eigentlich Moon-chen, Herr Scott," his sock replied.

So what does Scott do in Moonich?

1. Head for Lunar Hofbrauhaus, eat lots of brezn, and drink lots of beer.
2. Walk in the Englisher Mondgarten, and see if he can find anyone he knows. And maybe change into some sandals.
