There was no one sitting at the desk. But sprawled behind the desk was the clerk, a clean, smooth bullet hole in his forehead.

Stacy gasped. She turned and headed for her room. Three steps from the desk she stopped.

They would expect her there. Something was going down. Something bad. And Ragan was missing.

  1. Go to the cops.
  2. Stacy runs back to town library. She finds an open internet terminal. With a little searching and some luck, she printed out directions on how to hotwire a car. One act of grand theft later, she was speeding her way to the telescopes..
