In a small side chamber Nendi came upon a curious sight: A richly decorated
bowl standing in a display case on top of a pedestal. A sign on the
pedestal read:
Magic Soup Bowl
and below, in smaller letters:
Turns soup into water
Peculiar. This had to be the opposite of the legendary soup stone. (Which,
according to Allarian legend, actually turned water into soup. This version
of the story had been cultivated by a greedy king who refused to believe
that his people were poor.)
But why would such a crazy thing be made in the first place?

It's a symbolic memory of the Aqualarian conquest of nearby Pulmentaria. (Aqua=water, pulmenti=soup, get it?)
