Sam, a young violinist who happened to be standing nearby testing a Stradivarius that she (this particular Sam happened to be a female, her full name was Samantha) considered buying for part of a royal grant, which is quite a bit more exposition than strictly needed, thank you very much - Sam set the instrument firmly under her chin, raised the bow and started playing. In a typical Hollywood moment other violinists who happened to be testing instruments nearby - including a punk rocker who was beating it against a brick wall to test its durability - joined in, and within a few beats the whole store was playing
