Amy realised that, even if she could manage to cut Rami free, if her
sister had been trussed up for any length of time then she wouldn't be
able to walk for quite a while. So she attempted to carry Rami over her
shoulder, with what she believed was known as a "fireman's lift".
When she first took her sister's full weight she staggered and almost fell, but managed to remain upright. Agonisingly slowly, she managed to shuffle towards the exit, afraid that the lizardmen would look round at any moment.
