We Hate You (Little Girls)

No, not that Josh Burbank.

This Josh Burbank is actually female, and she claimed to be a prostitute who worked some of Seattle's seedier streets. However, when Scott met her in a downtown club, Josh claimed it was her "night off".

Her legal name is Natalia Katelyn Burbank, but for some reason, her friends and family always referred to her as Josh, stemming back from an incident when she was a toddler and one day decided that she didn't like her feminine name and wanted a new one. When asked by her mom and dad what she would like to be called, Natalia instantly blurted out "Josh!" After the Burbanks finished their long fit of hysterical laughter, they acquiesced. Natalia would also be known as "Josh". And that's what most people call her now, aside from some stuck-up, humorless adults.

By the time she met Scott at the club that night, Josh had grown up into a very attractive woman: fiery red hair for miles, the perfect set of T&A accentuated by her top and jeans, the cutest eyeglasses to compliment her face, and some of the nicest legs you would ever want wrapped around you. Josh and Scott almost instantly hit it off. As they talked, drank and flirted, Scott asked Josh what she did for a living. Josh giggled and said she was a prostitute, but it was her night off. Scott, not knowing what to make of her answer, simply changed the subject.

Josh and Scott quietly slipped out the back around 12:30ish, after they were bawled out by other patrons for getting too frisky and handsy on the dance floor. They both stumbled back to Josh's apartment in the Capitol Hill neighborhood on the corner of Roy Street and Bellevue Avenue. It didn't take long for the passionate love making to start as they both crashed onto Josh's bed without even removing Scott's jacket or Josh's boots. Everything came off in due time, and then at the worst possible moment, Scott suddenly realized he wasn't packing.

Josh and Scott exchanged a brief look of confusion. Then they both simply shrugged their shoulders and had mad, passionate unprotected sex throughout the night. Around six in the morning, they finally wore themselves out and enjoyed a 90 minute power nap. Josh woke up first, and she gently woke Scott up, who naturally was game for another round. Instead, Josh told Scott that he needed to get dressed and go.

Before Scott left, they did exchange phone numbers, email addresses and whatever else, even though they both bloody well knew that they were never going to contact one another again.

Scott flagged a taxi, went back to his hotel, grabbed his things, checked out, then flagged another ride to the airport where he just barely caught his flight to Chicago. At the time, Scott really didn't think he caught anything from Josh, and he simply vowed to find and use the strongest condoms on the market when he and Krissy next went to bed.

But Josh, probably unaware that she was carrying it, unknowingly infected Scott with herpes. In this instance, the diseases manifested quite rapidly, and now Scott was suffering badly. Miraculously, he didn't pass it along to Krissy...

1. ...but he did give it to the other Josh Burbank!
2. ...although when Beth and Sara are both diagnosed with the same disease, Scott finds himself with a lot of explaining to do.
3. We have definitely gotten way off track from the original plot: Scott writing a Josh Burbank book. Let's backtrack a bit.
