The Never Ending Quest - Episode 66367

Astra, as a teenager, had heard an old sailor tell her parents of an ancient spell that people stranded on a life raft would use. This way, sharks would not be drawn to the floating body.
Astra did not put much thought into the sailor's words, for he then groped the queen, punched a cute guardsman and died of brain failure. In the end, security procedures for Old Folk's Day at the castle were upgraded.
Anywho, the spell, if successful, would rocket the dead body into space.
It would only work if all the lifeboat inhabitants swore to the gods of the sea that they would not eat fish willingly (state dinners were an exception as the meal choices were not voluntary) for one full year.

  1. Everyone agrees and the spell works. Robert vanishes into the sky.
  2. Everyone agrees and the spell does not work. Robert's body lets off some internal gas.
  3. Fred disagrees and the spell does nothing.
  4. Alexis doesn't want to mess with the gods but the spell works anyone.
  5. Fred has his doubts and the entire liferaft explodes, harming no one.
  6. Everyone agrees but the liferaft shoots into space. Oddly, despite the thoughts of Court Scientists, the air stayed with them quite normally.
  7. Robert isn't dead, he just was stung by a boat spider (it had been crushed when he fell over).
