We see what kind of mayhem is in store for us!!

A few seconds and a resounding THUMP latter...

"You unbelievable . . . BITCH!!" I whisper harshly out at the now unconscious figure sprawled out against the far wall where I had magically thrown her bodily into, quiet violently. She's been knocked for a loop so fails to reply to my slur to her virtue.

IF this is the same Dr. Akagi I'd just gone and

I and Reika rush over to the still gagging, VERY familiar young teenage girl who has finally managed to take the stethoscope from around her own neck.

"Now that brings back memories I can do without," the white haired and winged twin of Reika and Rei mutters, rubbing her throat. "Returning to THIS point in my life had not been what I had hoped for at all!"

She then pauses, looking at both the me and and my red haired twin. We too are staring back at her for we both know who she is, as we should all considered. After all, both Reika and I had come into her life rather . . .er. . . . forcefully as it were (re: 62225). That forced interaction between her body and ours had, amongst other things, gifted her and Reika here with the lovely wings we now all possess. I will wager that there are few other analogs--or "near" analogs, considering that the former Angel known as Lilith had only been forced to live a life and have the name "Rei" due to some STRANGE circumstances from what little I can make sense o--would have wings!

That and it kind of figures that when that business with my sister getting initiated into the Champion's ranks it would makes perfect sense that the Angel we'd ran into (literally) would have also gotten inducted. The Rules and Agents, I am told, is undermanned compared to the other Celestrial Offices and given a choice I feel that Lilith would have jumped at the chance at getting out of the role of a Neon Genesis Angel.

God knows I sure was glad to be spared that fate, let me tell you!!

Anyway, that would explain why the white winged and haired mirror image of me is giving off a sense of being a fellow Champion.

"Mother Li . . . I mean, Lilith, are you okay?" Reika asks her in a slightly hesitant voice, venturing. I cannot help but notice the slight change in addressing my little sister did, though. While perhaps for a long time for now on she'll keep using the term "Mother Lilith" as an expletive, I know that she no longer considers Lilith her mother.

That honor belongs to Mina, the woman and dragoness who has more than earned that title!

"I am fine now," Lilith says in a soft voice, reaching out and brushing Reika's cheek softly. "Thank you. Both of YOU for that!

"Don't get me wrong . . .I am very glad for your assistance," Lilith begins, still staring at Rei and Reika. "However, at the risk at sounding rude: why and just how are you here again?"

The answer to that question is delayed when someone who must have heard the commotion comes running in, weapon drawn! Thankfully, as it turns out it is one of the two people we've been tasked on this Quest to protect . . . though God help us if something happens to little Rei I before we can gather her up! That's something we'd better get hot on here real quick!!

"The Thirteenth Angel," Lilith hisses, drawing back and looking like she'd like to use something as a weapon against Tabris. "Why are you here!?"
