Kicking Tail

This was one of the most sensitive areas of all dragons, not just red. If hit hard enough, it causes enough pain for the dragon to temporarily black out. The dragon's powerful tail usually made it difficult to for any potential opponent to hit; given the shadow dragon's nature, it had no such problem.

The minute Fred stopped chasing his tail, due to a combination of dizziness and a realisation of how stupid he must have looked, the shadow dragon struck.

1. Fred gave a bellow of pain, then - lights out.
2. Trying to clear his head, Fred ended up giving his body a vicious shake. His tail smacked the shadow dragon aside.
