Scott Chen becomes a very popular president, for the refreshing honesty of
putting up a 'The Buck Stops Here' plaque in the Oval Office. A few
whiners say he's ripping off the old President but the whiners are laughed
at and in a few cases, pushed into custard troughs. Scott's first few weeks in office are tough as the US is in dire straits after the ill-advised invasion of Niger. Sure, they destroyed two drug pipelines in France and one into Portugal and a drill instructor found a Canadian serial killer. But nobody thinks the positives outweigh the negatives. President Chen 'invites' the country's top fifty economic leaders to a summit at the UN.
