The two continued on down the passageways. They may have lost all trace of the way back, but they were not going to get themselves further lost. Fred made several discrete markings every time they turned a corner. They only turned three corners, however, before they came to a blacksmith's shop. The blacksmith was not there but they both knew he or she could return at a moment's notice.
