The Scrawled Address. Which building could it be?

The street was long and curved, hugging the bottom of a grassy hill. On one end of the road was 10042, a large library for a community college on the other side of the hill. At the other end, set back between a comic book shop and a CD/Deadhead store was 10047. It was a three story tall hunk of stone which only had windows on the third floor. A purple and white sign near the generic entrance said "Fouiser And Relick Labs: A Subsidiary of NASA".

Which building does Stacy go to first?

1. The college library.
2. The NASA labs.
3. Something in the comic book window looks odd...Stacy stares for about ten seconds before figuring it out. Her reflection in the exposed area of the window looked just like the overly-endowed superheroine in the poster!
