Velus

"Fred... look, it's alright. Sure, it's different from where you come from, but the people are basically the-" Astra was trying to calm Fred down, but stopped when she noticed that Velus was shining, and slowly morphing into a human.

Velus's hair began to grow shorter and shorter, except for the top of his head. His nose changed very quickly into a human nose. His arms and legs grew much longer, and his belly grew shorter. He was slowly turning upright. His tongue grew shorter too, and he began to grow ears. His teeth were moving inside his mouth, and Velus could feel his insides being wrenched from side to side. Velus grew lips. Finally, Velus's skeleton was made full human, and the finishing touches were made.

Velus was buck naked.

"Shard said there was a human mind behind you." Astra told Velus, examining him.

"I tried to tell you, but I could..."

"Only bark? Haha. We can talk about this later. Right now we need to convince Fred that this place is fine..." Astra smiled, patting Fred on the back, who had stopped speaking.

"This place?" Velus asked, and looking around, "This place... this place... every thing's different! What's this place?" Velus was mumbling wildly.

"Oh no..." Astra says, "I can't deal with two of you had once." Astra knew of one ancient Aqualarian punch that could knock out, but not actually do any damage to, the target. Since she didn't want to deal with both Fred and Velus, she thought she could put this technique to good use and only have to deal with one of them.

1. Astra uses the punch on Velus.
2. Astra uses the punch on Fred.
3. Astra uses the punch on both of them, and drags them to the hospital to meet the others.
