Something that looked rather like a miniature centaur version of a "My
Little Pony" appeared. flying towards Astra, who by now was a little way
ahead of Fred. It was about a foot in length. The fairy part had bright
pink skin, the horse part was bright blue, and the wings which were
attached to the horse part were a darker blue. It starting flying in
circles around Astra's head. She ducked and let out a squawk of alarm,
feeling rather as though she was being attacked by a giant hornet.
Fred knew (for even Fred knew a few things) that these creatures packed a powerful electric charge as their weapon. If the creature came into contact with Astra, at best she would receive an unpleasant shock and she might even be killed. So Fred charged up and thrust his sword through the creature, which died instantly. Its blood was bright orange.
