"I hate caves." Fred mutters. They'd been exploring for what seemed like
hours, with no luck so far. "I hope Astra and Nerozi are having better
luck than we are. We're just finding rocks here."
"Indeed. These tunnels are like a maze. It reminds me of home - My home dimension, I mean." Shard muses, seemingly lost in thought. "Perhaps we should go back the way we came?" Exotica ventures. She was still naked, and also cold and tired. Shivering, she leaned into Fred a little, for warmth more than anything else. "Are you cold, Princess?" Shard asks. "I'm fine." she replies flatly, still not comfortable with him. "Couldn't you..you know, conjure up some clothes?" Fred asks, his arm still around her. "No, I'm still a novice. I'm afraid such magic is beyond my power." Exotica says sadly. "Nonsense." Shard says. "You have more power than you realize. In time, you will learn to harness it." Exotica stares blankly at the horned man, unsure of what to say.
