  1. Fred knocks the guard out with the hilt and takes his keys.
  2. Fred stabs the guard to death and takes his keys.
  3. Fred skewers the guard who swiftly and painlessly dies. He does not have the keys, having read the same adventure scrolls Fred has.
  4. Fred somehow skewers himself.
