Velus is Disappointed

Velus was naturally disappointed, but using the code of barks that he and Fred had developed he nobly said that it was quite all right.

So the group set off. Astra went first, since she knew where the dragon's lair was. Fred came next, so that - he claimed - he could better protect the princess; the fact that this gave him a close-up view of her tightly clad backside of course had nothing to do with it. Valus brought up the rear.
