The Never Ending Quest - Episode 61630

Josh survives the destruction of the universe as usual. He reawakens in the body of a centaur, a strapping male specimen. He is wearing a loose, large green jacket, filled with coins, money and simple survival devices. On his back he carries a small, black wooden staff. This confuses him.
Overhead the leaves are a multitude of colors. Behind him is a stream. Ahead is a small village, complete with blacksmith, tavern and inn. Trees hundreds of feet tall, loom over the buildings. Josh spots several structures high in the branches, possibly places for villages to hide in case of disaster or bandit invasion.
Josh is not worried about entering any of the buildings, for centaurs have inherent magic allowing them to fit into any space a normal sized man can.

  1. Josh goes to the river for a drink.
  2. Josh goes to the blacksmith, his shoes are feeling funny.
  3. Josh goes to the inn and buys a room for the night.
  4. Josh goes to the tavern to see if any parties of heros are recruiting.
  5. Josh runs around town, whacking people his wooden staff.
  6. Josh realizes he can telepathically communicate with the less smart regular horses. He gives the impression of an invasion of goblins, causing a mass 'stampede' of all the horses in town.
  7. Bandits invade. Well, three of them. Midgets. Josh punches them all in the head and then wonders why three midgets though they could take the whole town on.
  8. Josh feels the urge to poop and has no idea where to go
  9. Josh feels the urge to canter but is not sure exactly what that involves.
