The Never Ending Quest - Episode 61298

Josh follows the grisly blood trail, tacky and dark, to a corner of the store he had never been in before. "Weird Sh*t!" proclaims a banner, and indeed it is. There are vivisection kits, crystal balls, spell components, spell books, various torture implements, and a large pile of rusty bayonets. it is at that pile that the trail ends.

It is because of that pile that Josh has to choke down his vomit. On the pile are six of the people that had said they were trapped in the Sams Club! They are impaled in various grisly ways, and bent in strange directions. Various viscera are hanging out, and it smells to hell.*

Standing by the pile is an elegantly dressed zombie, holding a silver tray on which is a pristine white towel on which is laid a large machete, which is not pristine. He has not noticed Josh yet.

* - the normal term is 'smells to high heaven' but heaven doesn't allow such smells to penetrate or grow near its realms so they sink instead.

What does Josh do?

  1. With a wild war cry, charge the zombie and push him back onto the bayonets.
  2. Josh walks out into the open. "Hi!" he says to the zombie.
  3. Josh retreats to find any survivors and come up with a plan.
  4. Josh checks his equipment.
  5. Josh "checks his equipment". Eeeeeuuu
