Rikki and Fred stand on the platform. The platform rumbles and starts
heading deeper down into the caverns.
After a few moments, Rikki breaks the silence by saying "I still think taking the wizard was the best choice." Fred says "Well, even though we are going to be splitting the riches on MY quest, this still remains MY quest...and therefore, please do not question the choices I make. You are simply tagging along." Rikki stares at Fred for a few moments and looks down at the floor of the platform. There is a slight rumbling they hear coming from below them. Suddenly, the rumbling becomes quite louder, filling the cavern with its vibrations, the platform beginning to vibrate. They hear a roar coming from a distance below them, getting louder as well. Fred draws his sword and Rikki draws his crossbow, readying themselves for anything, the platform still lowering. A sudden impact hits the platform with great force, snapping the platform in two and as the two begin to fall down the cavern...they see a white dragon of enourmous size, flying upwards at great speed just as they are falling downwards at great speed. Rikki knocks an arrow into his crossbow, pulls back the bowstring, and lets the arrow fly towards the dragon just as it screams a great roar and turns to fly back down the cavern towards them. Gravity takes over and they begin falling faster now, their bodies tumbling out of control as the beast flys downwards. The dragon screams and Fred realizes that the screams the dragon is making is not a scream of rage but a scream of pain! As the dragon draws closer, he sees Rikkis arrow lodged into its right eye! Just then Fred hits solid stone and blacks out.
