Fred had followed the path which said it led "to the Library" but soon
discovered it led only to a dead-end. Considering that no one in Allaria
had never heard that the Dragon could read, it made sense that there would
be an absence of a library in the Dragon's domain. He turned around and
began searching for the Princess from Aqualaria. He knew that she had
taken the tunnel delving down into the heart of the Caves. And so Fred
began to walk down, down, down.
He entered the strange room with the stranger rod. Then he simply began investigating the place. Then he stepped on something thick and sticky. "Help me, help meeeeee......." came a very high-pitched tiny voice. "What the--" said Fred as he lifted his foot and saw, to his horror, a pink and red bug stuck to his sole. "What the--!" he said as he realized it wasn't a bug. He flung his leg out to dislodge what was left of the Princess from Aqualaria. The now dead tiny corpse flew across the room, smacked an adjacent stone wall, and plopped onto the floor. "Ewwwww," said Fred. Alone, Fred very carefully investigated this room, looking for anything that might have shrunk the tall, athletic woman. He was also looking for other doors or tunnels in case he needed to make a quick exit.
