A little bit of bragging rights at the Star Wars bulletin board may be in order once we get back home, me thinks! Indeed!

Or maybe not...this has been something of a mess and . . . might not be totally appropriate right now, really, to make plans like THAT.

I . . . kind of forgot for a second that . . . I and Inquirer have not really PROPERLY grieved for . . .Dr. Vincent. Sometimes you see some elves out there go three sides of the barn to avoid making non-elfin friends because . . . non-elves like humans die so . . . soon. . .

Nevermind.

Honestly, actually sometimes I do get away from myself . . . sometimes. Maybe the Creator had some sense of humor when I was chosen to be reincarnated as an elf (with memories of my prior existence, no less). However, sometimes I do find it burdensome.

Several . . . quirks about my personality do not exactly FIT with the ways of your typical elves.

Then again, the fact back even THEN before becoming a Champion (or even ever having HEARD of Champions for Rules and Agents) I was never going to die of old age.

I best try to keep more on the straight and narrow. Besides that grieving (a ritual that is actually part and parcel of the Church and kind of . . . from tradition in the Military) I . . .don't look forward to the rather heated discussion I saw that sis wanted to have with me then and there when I needled Kenobi over Anakin.

Yeah, I know! I KNOW! You think I was being something of an asshole, perhaps? Well, let me ask YOU something. I can concede that perhaps Ben had SOME cause for setting up Luke with the task of KILLING his father (and good Creator what kind of burden was THAT when he discovered the truth about Vader back in Cloud City). Yeah, Ben and Yoda had hoped to reveal the truth WHEN Luke had enough training to be able to take the burden . . . but still . . .

Hell of a thing and while I understand to an extent I DO believe just a little grief was in order . . . back then. Now?

Sigh, maybe I DO deserve to get chewed out here by my sister. Not proud of it now...

Hm, maybe if we can get Han to perform a wedding ceremony here on his own ship . . . perhaps we can help him facilitate a funeral/greiving ceremony as well?
