"But I didn't do anything," Fred protested.

"Not you, the vest. Can't you see it moving? It's... Hey, that tickles!"

She began writhing uncontrollably. "Get it... off me!" she managed in between bouts of helpless laughter.

1. Fred manages, with some difficulty, to remove Astra's vest.
2. But Fred is having too much trouble with his own vest to help Astra.
3. But Fred, I'm sad to relate, is finding Astra's involuntary gyrations too entertaining to want to end them.
4. Not before time, the Story Cops show up.
