Janeway turns off the shuttlebay...forcefield

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 5763

Janeway pulls her phaser and blasts the shuttlebay door controls. They explode, killing a nearby Ensign. And because the ship was constructed so badly, the force-fields crackle, then vanish.
The ensign's body is sucked out into space. Chakotay has managed to grab the handle to an equipment locker. Janeway bounces merrily along the floor, headed for oblivion.

  1. The transporter chief wasn't drunk that day and rescues the two.
  2. The ensign's ghost sends Janeway through a portal to hell in punishment for killing him.
  3. Romlulans invade through the open bay doors. Purely by chance, Janeway is saved.
  4. Janeway is sucked out and transported to 'safety' by a rogue ship of Federation officers (the U.S.S. Murgatroid)
