Some magic, not all, demanded 'payment' of the sort. To restore memories, not only was a dash of surrealism needed, but a song. A good one. Well, maybe that was part of the surrealism (The God of Memory was also the God of Child-Like Fun) but either way, magical rules were magical rules.

  3. Astra sang "Never Juggle Swords."
  4. Velus howled the Torments of the Wolves. Impressive, for being stuck in the form of a yappy little lapdog.
  5. Nobody knew a song. Which didn't seem right at -all-.
  6. Fred sang the Josh Burbank song.
