"Oh, I'm afraid that's not nearly enough. But I know of a local diner that is hiring. In a few weeks you can earn enough."
"Just enough."
"Ah...Beltzen-Ruth. Look, I'll restore the memories for that cash if you promise to not tell anyone I'm a sucker for charity cases. I'm a wizard, I can enforce promises."
Despite the money being more then enough, the wizard could not restore their memories. He did, however, give them free meat pies and a sack of Limited Holding (fifty pounds = one).
