Velus rushed forward and wrapped his arms around Nixys' hips, lifting her
so that she could remove her bound hands from the hook. She seemed to be
dazed and in a weakened state but she managed to lift her arms up and free
off the hook before she slumped forward over velus' shoulder. Velus nearly
fell over backwards but were saved by Fred and Astra, quickly coming to
help support the now fainted Nixy. They carried her up from the cellar and laid her to rest in the grass a bit from the burnt down inn. It was decided that although it might not bee the safest place they should set camp there for the night and wait for Nixy to recover. Astra headed off to gather firewood and Cedrik said he would prepare a meal from one of the inns' pigs while Fred said he would scout the area for any danger. Velus meanwhile seamed a lot more self conscious being around a naked maiden than he had as a dog, wearing a constant blush and not knowing where to look yet not being able to help himself from sneaking peeks at her. He started pulling up tufts of long grass and laid them over her as a blanket, then sat down to watch over her. Soon Astra had set up a warm and cozy fire. Once the heat was up they started barbecuing slices of pork
