The Never Ending Quest - Episode 56443

The woman suspected that there was a lot of magic in these caves, but for an extra bra to appear seemed a very strange effect of it. Talking of magic, was that the reason why she couldn't remember who she was or what she was doing here? The fact that she had a sword with her suggested that she might be on a quest of some kind. Did something evil live in these caves, and was she supposed to kill it? Perhaps that was why the knight was here too, though he seemed a rather pitiful specimen.

As she mused on these matters she was busy washing her clothes and herself. Getting herself clean was fairly easy but, without any soap, getting her clothes acceptably clean required a lot of scrubbing.

When she had finished her laundry:

  1. She waited till both she and her clothes were more or less dry. Then she got dressed, finally buckling her sword-belt round her waist once more.
  2. She waited for her clothes to dry. But before that could happen she was interrupted.
  3. She sighed. Evidently the water had been magical too, as her clothes had all shrunk to less than half their original size and nothing would fit.
  4. She found that she now had seven bras but nothing else.
