Randy was a tall man, with a jutting chin, a tiny nose and large, watery eyes. He admitted that the evidence was damning, for a lot of people in the kingdom had monogrammed things. But very few R.L.s had access to the territories where the crime had taken place.
But Randy had an alibi. Three different people had seen him far across town that night. Fred realized he'd have to interview the three people. Whom does he talk to first?

  1. Andrea Queen, owner of the Cliche Bar and Grille.
  2. James Tiberius Kirk, exotic dancer.
  3. Michael Cain, narcoleptic librarian. (That wouldn't be a trustworthy witness but all steps had to be covered. Or taken. Whatever).
