It was sexbooze.

More specifically, a band called Sexbooze, which is a dance rock outfit in the vein of Electric Six with a touch of Ninja Sex Party and Foxy Shazam. High energy music and plenty of risque lyrics combined with the best damned live show you could ever imagine.

But this happened in the 1950s, so you could only imagine the scandal that ensued in a clearly not ready for it world.

1. Chuck tells Fred about the nightly hassles the band got from the law.
2. It turns out that the members of Sexbooze are also expert time travelers. They were all born in the 1980s.
3. History changes. A plethora of Sexbooze influenced bands starts appearing in America, driving all of the adults up the wall.
