Bugsy explained how recent scientific advances had allow 'male things' to be transplanted from willing donors. Of course, in Bugsy's case, it was an old boyfriend who had wronged him/her.
Fred doesn't know what to believe, for it wasn't obvious. Then again, Bugsy always had his collar up.
Fred went for the collar. If there was an Adam's Apple, this meant Bugsy was a man. If there wasn't, this meant Bugsy was a woman.

  3. There was a cancerous tumor that was leaking into a plastic bag. Ew.
  4. Bugsy maced Fred.
  5. Just then, the car fell off a cliff.
