Why is a magazine about booze and fightin' called 'Doily Monthly'?

  1. It's a camouflage cover for people who don't want to admit what they're reading.
  2. Even though they drink and fight, the readers are so posh they use doilies for coasters.
  3. It used to be the Daily Mountie, a daily newsletter for the mountain district, but they switched to monthly publication when sales dropped, and something went wrong when changing the name. Very wrong.
  4. The editor is from some obscure backwater with an incomprehensible dialect where the title means something entirely different.
