The Never Ending Quest - Episode 53679

The third person is Danny Bitorelli, the estranged but beloved daughter of the Bitorelli clan, the Italian Mafia that ran Nebraska. The entire underworld from North to South, East to West. Not one criminal sneezed without her father's approval.
Danny had developed a conscience around age 20, rebelled against her family and moved out to Far South, Georgia, using her money to silently fund a small orphanage in Arkansas as a 'karmic' way for making up what her family has done. Also, a Golden Retriever animal shelter because she loved dogs.
Her family had a right royal row over it but they loved her too much to keep her 'prisoner'. Several rival clans did try to take advantage of the situation but unknown to Danny, there had been odd 'suicides' in the city of Far South. Which were really hitmen killing off people sent to kidnap Danny. Murders.
Anyway, how did Danny escape the destruction of all reality and end up in the Staircase Room?

  1. Pure luck.
  2. She was dating Scott. True love and all that jazz.
  3. Golden Retrievers saved her. They can do that. The breed chose one person to save.
  4. Danny was a bit naive about law enforcement and had been tracking Josh's new found vigilante career, fearing for her father.
