One day while Fred's children were playing outside Oak came to them and
said, "Hi! My name is Oak and I've brought some of my friends." Togipee
walked towards William and said, "Play with me." William started playing
while Jigglypuff began singing to Rubia. Both of the children were soon
sleeping under the power of the pokemon lulluby.
Oak then put a magical berret in Rubia's hair so that when she awoke she would beg her father to be a pokemon trainer. He then put a magical hat on William's head, one endowed with a similar spell. Both things had another spell too, making the children want to not take them off their heads. Then Oak put a spell on the children so that they would forget that he came with his pokemon friends.
