Fred and Eritrea both instantly recognised the Dragoness' lair. It was the last place on Earth that they wanted to be. The only good thing was that the wyrm was not currently in residence. But the remains of the shattered egg that littered the floor made it clear that, should she return, their life expectancy would be very short.

"Get us out of here," Fred snd Eritrea said in perfect unison.

"Why?" Borgatron asked. "The rock strata exposed in the far wall are very interesting. I should like to study them."

  1. Fred and Eritrea manage to persuade Borgatron to take them on up to the surface.
  2. Fred and Eritrea fail to persuade Borgatron to leave. And they can't abandon him, as they don't know how to open the cockpit (which has specially toughened glass that they can't break).
