The Never Ending Quest - Episode 52383

Fred faints, then awakens in the body of a male unicorn.
The dragon chuckles. "Another one for my menagerie." he says. "Now come on, you slackers. I've let you stay in your 'break room' long enough. Stop formenting rebellion and get back to work."
Fred tries to fight back but the dragon simply holds a sword to an innocent sentient's head. Fred has no choice.
Fred ends up tied up with his unicorn friend on some confusing piece of machinery that he must drag about in a circle. According to the sounds, it is driving more machinery far above him. There is little light but at least the minions have taken care to strap him in rightly. Being a knight, Fred knew how to take care of horses and so did the minions. Way confusing.
Fred walked for a few hours. He communicated telepathically with his partner...

  1. and they developed a plan of escape.
  2. and they despaired, seeing no way out.
  3. Fred asked why the dragon would allow plans of rebellion to continue.
  4. and discovered something neither of them had known before. Two unicorns, humming the same tone as one, could teleport to a clear spot a mile away. But since they didn't know what was a mile away in any direction...
