Resignation

As Fred stared into the reflection in the mirror, aghast at what he sees, the magical properties of Charlie's berries are working their magic as Fred watches.

You see, not all the changes being done to Fred were physical in nature.

The expression on Fred's face (which is swiftly changing from the rectangular feature with strong chin and substantial, but well trimmed, beard to the smooth cheek and heart shaped features of an angel) goes from frightened shock to a dreamy smile. A pleasant fog rolls into Fred's mind, and then something else starts to roll in there.

Fred's body is changing.

Ten seconds since he looked into the mirror....

Fred is smiling. His hair down to his shoulders now. It is turning to a light brown from the black he had been born with. His waist is shrinking. His chest is expanding to show the first hint of feminine breasts. He's lost three inches and perhaps ten pounds in muscle mass (You need good muscles to stomp around in medieval

~This is right,~ a soft, seductive voice whispers in Fred's numb mind. ~What chance did you have against a dragon anyway. Yes, you've been lucky so far, but you always knew that you were courting death. Now you can walk around, right in front of the King's men, and they would never recognize you. You'd be spared the shame of dishonor....of disgrace from an abandoned quest!

"Safe," Fred whispers softly, voice having risen an octave or so.

Twenty seconds......

Fred shivers in pleasure, continuing to watch the show. His hair is down to the middle of his back. It has change into a brown/chestnut color, and has developed a bit of a wave. Fred has lost a few more inches on the belt (er....if he was wearing more than a red teddie, purse, lady high heels, and pink lace see-through panties....). Hips widen, and his 'determining feature' is drawn within.

Now feminine hands trace where it had used have been.

Fred is now officially a woman.

Fred smiles, her eyes glazed.

~You always wondered what it was like to receive,~ the voice whispers. ~Now you can try it, and get Charlie to change you back whenever you tire of it.~

This was patently absurd in both parts what the voice had just said, but Fred giggled a high pitched laugh and nods dumbly. See, if Fred was.....sober.....right now, he'd be fighting for all he's worth, and cursing the voice. But Fred isn't sober. He's drunk on the magical haze, much the way he'd be under alcohol or even more mundane mind altering substances.

Fred's condition makes the magic's job VERY easy.....

The subject looking into a mirror made it almost childishly simple....

Thirty seconds.....

The source of the voice admires the workmanship that has gone into this new body. It's very nice, indeed. It's five foot two with eyes of blue, with a figure that would put even a saint into a terminal case of lust!

Now for the final step.

The magic needed to keep any type of human mind permanently in the condition Fred's was in was prohibitive. The master wouldn't want his latest toy to be anything less than totally subservient (or just waiting for him to slip up), so.......

Fred suddenly finds himself standing ram rod straight, shocked to the core (and VERY disgusted). He then watches in mute horror, locked into motionlessness as his....body walks over to Charlie (who just had returned) and proceed to kiss and hug the teen.

The two quickly strip naked (apparently NOW the teddie can be removed!) and proceed to.....summon the stork (as some stories would put it).

Shaking in rage, the ghost of Frederigo D'Honaire then.....

1. Haunts Charlie until he's driven insane.....
2. Possess one of the bodies on the bed.......
3. Is interrupted by a bright light, and his mother's voice........calling for him.
4. Is horrified to see an female spirit rise from a bowl beside the bed
5. Possesses one of the bodies on the bed (Alternate)
