Fred, rotating slowly, finds himself face to face with a group of hooded,
fat...teenagers? The leader follows him as the net rotates above the hole
in the floor. "Look. You had the directions. Mom is going to be so pissed when she finds her favorite nets are gone." "I don't know you and I don't care." "Didn't anyone tell you?" the leader asked as the net made a full revolution. Fred shot his arm out and sunk his hand around the kid's neck. "Spill." In a whisper, the kid reveals that his group has taken Fred's group out of their reality, their STORY, so it could be fixed with the aid of a text editor program and that the dragon could not ruin it. If the dragon conquered Never Ending Quest completely, which was according to these insane idiots, the name of Fred's story, it'd have enough power to conquer all realities. "And I suppose an idiot afraid of mommy is our only hope." "...yes. I'll prove it. You once kissed Princess Ice-castle." Fred gasped. Nobody knew this, not even Princess Ice-castle herself! He had rescued her from the Sleeping Fields of Alamagordo and had taken the ungentlemanly reward of a kiss... "Let us down or I'll kill the lot of you!" cried Astra. The group is freed.
