Several furred beasties leap out of the branches and attack. A mighty
fight is put up. In the end, Marshall and Darrin are the only ones left
standing. The others are injured and unconscious. The two stabilize the injured with the medpaks and start a relay to move them back to the only entrance to the ship. It would not do to be too far apart from the others, in case more monsters attack. And communication with the ship was unreliable. The tricorder showed the messages getting through but nobody was responding. Once inside the ship...
