The Never Ending Quest - Episode 51346

While not sufficent for regular Starfleet, Andrew's general self defense training an civilian life on the Enterprise has give Janeway enough confidence to assign him duties. He was to bolster Neelix with the babysitting of Naomi Wildman, assist him in cooking various foodstuffs (Klingons, by cultural need, knew how to prepare their dishes) and learn various first aid.
Starfleet, in a rare moment of forward thinking, has researched immensely the tasks an untrained person could perform to assist a Starfleet crew. Over the weeks, Andrew does them all. And despite being torn from friends and family, he fits in quite well. Being the son of Worf, being a Klingon, brought with it a fire of spirit.
Then came the day Borian raiders invaded Deck 4. Three engineers were terribly injured, not expected to recover for months. And Andrew...

  1. he became trapped onboard the Borian ship as it fled.
  2. he killed all seven of the raiders with a busted coffee pot. This traumatized him.
  3. accepted their somewhat peaceful surrender. Torres, however, had to be held back from blowing the Borians into protons.
  4. accidentally took over the entirety of the Borian ship. Mentally. He dumped them off safely and came back to support his friends.
