The Never Ending Quest - Episode 502

Blessed with an abundance of eggs, Fred goes to town and cooks and eats them in as many ways as he can.

He has them poached, baked, soft- boiled, hard-boiled, over-easy, sunny-side up, scrambled, devilled.

He uses them to make souffle, kedgeree, Scotch egg, egg foo-yung, quiche, fritatta, tortilla, egg mayo, french toast and Spaghetti Carbonara.

He concocts and consumes Eggs Benedict, Eggs John-Paul and a whole host of other egg dishes named after Popes. He washes it all down with some Advocaat and egg-nog

However all of this egg-consumption is playing havoc with Fred's insides; by the time he has finished he has become "egg-bound".

  1. Fred seeks out an apothecary for a dose of "salts"
  2. Fred turns into an egg
  3. The dragon turns up and asks where all the eggs have gone
