"I don't think that 'world' is really a very appropriate term for what you've just described," Red-haired Betty said as he did so. "'World' is most commonly used as a synonym for 'planet'. How about 'meta-universe', as they contain multiple universes?"

"A bit better perhaps, but still not quite right. The trouble is that the English language doesn't really have the right word for the concept. If only we could converse in Gallifreyan..."

"Never mind that," Future Stacy said impatiently. "Where are we? You surely must have worked it out by now."

The Doctor answered:

1. "Terra Prime."
2. "I'm not sure. The TARDIS instruments were never designed for this sort of thing. They can tell me exactly where and when we are within a universe, but determining which universe, let alone which meta-universe, is much harder."
3. "It seems to be Gallifrey, as I had intended. But in that case, why is the Cloister Bell still ringing?"
