Who Is Fastest?

"I've got a better idea," Fred said. "You go back to the Temple and I'll go after her. That's what the Temple's paying me for, isn't it? And by the look of you, I ought to be able to move considerably faster than you can."

"But I can move much faster than either of you," Skye pointed out, before the reddening Sister Sharon could make any retort. "I'll tail her, and report back once she has had to stop to rest." He launched himself from Fred's shoulder and flew off in the direction that Tarsa had taken.

1. Fred and Sister Sharon bury the hatchet, and head after Tarsa and Skye together.
2. Fred and Sister Sharon both go back to the Temple to wait for news from Skye.
3. Fred persuades Sister Sharon to return to the Temple whilst he follows after Skye.
4. Sister Sharon continues to insist on continuing the chase herself and that Fred must return to the Temple.
