Though with the cooling of the rod the room was no longer quite so hot, it was still very warm. Thus Astra decided that she should get something to relieve her thirst. She quickly opened the drawer, grabbed a bottle at random, and ducked back into the tunnel from which she had entered.

  1. She unscrewed the bottle top and took a long swig. Immediately she began to feel rather odd.
  2. Before she could take a drink, she saw the being responsible for the footsteps enter the cave. It was a demon! "Who's been messing with my rod?" he snarled.
  3. Astra exchanges the bottle for another.
