TCO is sent away to the nuthouse.
Unfortunately it was in the DC universe and thus a riot broke out.
Why did the riot break out?

  1. Lex Luthor caused it to torment Superman.
  2. Locks froze and broke in the weather.
  3. The moon.
  4. The Joker pumped in psychedelic gas into the A.C.
  5. Batman was running around mooning everyone.
  6. Nobody likes TCO, not even the incurably insane.
  7. Lots42 is sent to the JLA HQ.
