Josh realizes that though he is on a plane, it is not headed anywhere.
Much like the train station, the plane and the airport were abandoned. In
fact, Josh can see three corpses out the window. They were sitting in the
front of a luggage car. Luggage was strewn out behind it like an oil slick
from a Bond vehicle. The wind rattles through the holes in the airplane's cockpit. Across the aisle, a comic book from three months ago sits on a seat. Josh sees it is 'Part One of Seven' and realizes that Part Seven will never be printed, as the writers and authors are dead. Of the superflu. (Josh had seen some complicated graffiti in the airport explaining the plague that had swept the world). Josh picks his nose. What to do?
