The two venture further on. Soon they find a rest-station. Fred had heard of these. In more civilized areas, people enjoyed walking in the woods and every few miles was a place to clean up, of varying quality.
The rest station was quite well-furbished.

  1. Astra cleans up first while Fred takes watch.

  3. Fred checks the pumps. There is only water enough for one shower.
  4. Several travelers emerge from the wilderness.
  5. The station is stocked with clothing; something Fred never heard about.
  6. They are forced to retreat inside as a fierce storm sweeps in.
