the Mexicans. “Damn Mexicans,” the cop curses. But having no partner to share his deep, flowering feelings with, Officer Gus slanders all by his lonesome, taking a sip of lukewarm coffee. He nibbles a stale donut and sighs. Then he sees Josh whipping out his hoohoo dilly and defecating on the street. Sirens blare and lights flash as the officer races towards the criminal in his beefy patrol car. “This is Unit 21,” he speaks into his radio with his forced suaveness. “I’ve got a 413: a Pissing in Public in progress, at the corner of Blossom and Maple. Requesting immediate back-up. Subject is armed and dangerous. Repeat, subject is armed and dangerous.”Josh nearly misses being plowed over by the over ambitious patrolman as the car skids to a halt mere inches from him.. Guss jumps from the car and point his 9mm at Josh’s head. “Put your wee-wee down, and your hands up!” he screams.
