Fred gathered his things, and set off toward the top of the mountain. The
wind was so cold it seemed as though it burned his skin.
The air thinned as he got near the top, making him light headed, and
nearly making him pass out.
”It’s beautiful.” Fred proclaimed as he looked out at the southern seas,
it stretched out as far as the eye could see.
On the other side he
could see all the way past Muchice, and past the northern wastelands all
the way to the Elvin forests.
Out of breath, Fred passed out at the top of the mountain…
Meanwhile
”Fight me, damn it!” Taylor yells at his student “You expect to kick ass
like that? Ha! You should just quit now”
His student, now utterly pissed off at his teacher swung his arms in a
fit of rage, each one missing as bad as the last one.
”That’s it, we are done for today. Go home and practice more…A lot
more!”
“Yes sir” the student said shaking with a mixture of fear and rage
“God, this kid fights like a retard.” Taylor screams in frustration
“Well, he’s the only person that will pay 30 gold pieces for lessons. You
should be happy you’re getting paid for once.” Says a voice from the
shadows.
“I know, but I’d rather be out killing random things. Maybe adventure off
into the northern lands and kill some giants and what not. I haven’t used
my scythe in ages, its getting rusty damn it.”
“Well, if you truly wish to go I suppose I could teleport you there. It’s
about time for your vacation anyway.”
”Kick ass! When do I go?” Taylor yells in excitement
“As soon as you get your stuff”
Within the hour Taylor had returned. His God-like scythe on his back, and
magical shit on his belt that he didn’t even know how to use…
